MOST RECENT REAL ESTATE MARKET STATS!!! On a month to month basis (May 2008 vs. April 2008) all indicators were favorable. Closed sales and pending sales were up, Average and median sale prices were up and listings were down (SEE ATTACHED PDF FILE/Click on link). Could this be the start of a brand new trend??????
