After many years (but whose counting???) of working for established and well-respected local & nationally franchised real estate firms, I came to the conclusion that the world-wide web rules and that the average educated consumer now totally embraces the individuality of the knowledge & worth of their real estate agent.  You don’t hire a company, you hire an agent.  How knowledgeable is your agent, how accomodating to your needs & schedule and how respectful of your money & your time?  These are really the issues in deciding who to hire to represent you in your next real estate transaction.  Does your agent “put his/her money where his mouth is”?  Does she/he invest in real estate (or if just starting out, at least plan to do so)?  I want to build a team of hungry, able, eager to learn associates that constantly challenge themselves to increase their knowledge, awareness, customer service and empathy to better serve the buying & selling public!!
